How Is Your Mint
There are an endless amount of things to buy—from the nicest clothes to the next Apple device. There’s always going to be something to buy, and there will always be ways to spend your money. We want to ever endure in God’s financial blessings, but are we keeping track of our money in the way we should. Are you shorting God, or are you shorting yourself?

We often hear that the love of money is the root of all evil (I Timothy 6:10) However, how often do we allow our materialistic items to rule our day? As soon as we get a notification on our phone we must answer, and we see our friend with the new coolest trend, we have the urge to rush to the nearest store. We should each take the opportunity to analyze our routines on a weekly basis to see how we spend our money. This scripture is often heard but ignored. We cannot allow our spending habits and routines to continue unmanaged. When our physical life and personal finances are unmanaged, there is usually a domino effect on our spiritual lives.

Wouldn’t you want to be a better steward to our Lord and Savior? Don’t you always want to know that your finances are on track and accounts are where they should be? Then the app made by Intuit called Mint is just for you.

This app is great in my opinion. It lets you sync every financial institution, big or small, into one single app. This app is even for people who bank with just one institution. Most apps that compete with Mint, might say they are free but are filled with tons of in-app purchases. Mint is completely FREE with no advertisements.
You can keep yourself accountable and be a good steward with your finances by using this app.

This app is also extremely user-friendly with multiple forums including an FAQ forum. Once you go to your app store and install it on your device, you simply sync your bank accounts by using your bank app login info. The rest of it is easy. The app will automatically start looking at your previous spending habits and create personal budgets per month for you. It will look at your monthly income and give you easy to read reports and graphs. It also supplies you percentages and detailed reports for spending. This is one key feature of the app. These reports will tell you how much you’ve spent on clothing, food, gas, restaurants, and anywhere else you spend heavily.

Another key feature is the income reports. You can view and make sure your income matches what your tithe and stewardship should be. There are so many features of this app that enable you to excel in the stewardship department. Mint makes life easier and makes finances manageable.

Analyze your spending habits, and find where you can improve to become a better steward of God’s money.
