NAYC 2019 Wednesday Night

“We are not looking for AN answer, we are looking AT THE answer.”

We have finally made it to NAYC 2019. The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri flooded with approximately 36,000 men and women hungry for God.

The events began this afternoon after registration. The booths which are, located both on the second floor of the dome and also in the convention center were opened and youth congress books were distributed. The first service kicked off with the North American Talent Search with multiple singers, instrumentals and group talent displayed.

Our keynote speaker and very own UPCI Youth President, Joshua Carson preached a powerful message from the book of Esther (5:1-3, 8:17), reminding this generation of what a transcendent kingdom we are a part of. We can not afford to throw that away.

It is a dangerous thing when you go from a robe of royalty to a robe of entitlement. He loves you, but you cannot assume that means He owes you. All of your talent and gifting means nothing if you don’t have His favor.

You must never forget that no matter what your family background looks like, your parents do not determine who you are, the King determines who you are. It doesn’t matter if you are from a palace; you have to be committed to being in His presence. There is an authority that comes with that. We must seek the favor of the King in our life. We know how to have good church; but do we know how to be the church? As long as you are pleasing the One, True King- it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks about you. You are a child of the King.

Our convictions cannot change as easy as our geography. Wherever you go, people need to be able to tell that we know Jesus and that He is your King. He is the only King and His name is Jesus. Don’t let anyone else take the place of that.

The attributes of Satan were in Haman. If the enemy is coming against you, it is because he is afraid of you- you have the favor of your King. Don’t be afraid to take authority over your enemy and put him back under your feet where he belongs.

This is such a dynamic generation but you cannot throw in the towel when things get hard. There is one surrender that is non-negotiable. You have to surrender to the will of God. Nobody else can do it for you.

Revival isn’t just coming, revival is here. We are anticipating an incredible move of God this week.

“Thy Kingdom Come.”
