Think of all the projects a student works on in high school and middle school: science projects, art portfolios, school musicals, homecoming floats, and history papers, to name a few. But in the seven years between sixth and twelfth grade, an Apostolic student has the opportunity to undertake one of the greatest projects— evangelizing their school with the gospel of Christ.

Project 7 (P7) is a free resource for students to utilize for the purpose of starting Bible clubs on their high school and middle school campuses. P7 clubs are student-led and student-driven opportunities for students to participate in a spiritually inspired, relationship-oriented, community-serving project in their school. All across the country, students are taking Jesus to their mission field by starting Project 7 clubs. The P7 fire is sweeping across our movement at an unprecedented rate. The mission of Project 7 is to unlock faith, unleash truth, elevate Christ, and serve others.

Since North American Youth Congress 2015 in Oklahoma City, 467 clubs have been started. That’s an average of over one club being registered daily! To date, there are 1,157 P7 clubs registered in North America! David Wilkerson said, “[P7 clubs] will be to the church what the plow was to farming technology. It will morph into our greatest harvesting and planting tool we have.” P7 has inspired hundreds of students nationwide to take their Christian witness to the next level.

Not only are P7 clubs being started in middle schools and high schools, but students are getting creative about how they can join the P7 story. Katie Fullen from Tallmadge, Ohio is a homeschooler who felt a burden to reach her world. She attends Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow (ECOT), Ohio’s largest online school. She decided to host a Bible study online and invite students from the school, resulting in eighty-one people logging in for the very first meeting!

Reports are being received weekly of students being baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost across the country. Alexis from Terre Haute, Indiana; Ethan from Kansas City, Kansas; Tabitha from Church Hill, Tennessee; Tricia from Appleton, Wisconsin; Amya from Mount Vernon, Illinois. At a P7 rally in Kingsport, Tennessee, twelve students received the Holy Ghost! These are just a few of the many transformed lives that are a direct result of students starting a P7 club in their schools.

While students are being filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in Jesus’ name, students are also being healed and delivered because they were introduced to Jesus through Project 7. Cali from Appleton, Wisconsin, said “God saved me from every harmful aspect of my life: self-harm, the music I listened to, and the thoughts that constantly went through my head. He conquered it all. How? Simply because of one student inviting me to their P7 club.” Cali was baptized in Jesus’ name and received the Holy Ghost. She is now actively leading a P7 club and is involved with teaching personal Bible studies.

Peyton from Church Hill, Tennessee, came from a rough background in foster care and constantly dealt with suicidal thoughts. After becoming a faithful P7 attender, she started going to church and said “I’ve never felt so good in my life!” Peyton was baptized in Jesus’ name and was filled with the Holy Ghost.

These names could be replaced with thousands of names of teenagers across America who urgently need to be introduced to Jesus. Someone in English class. Somebody in study hall. The person who eats lunch alone. All around us there are students who are hurting, broken, scared, lonely, fighting, struggling, and desperate for a change. What they need is someone willing to step up to the plate to introduce them to Jesus. They need somebody to be the light. They need an Apostolic student who will start a Project 7 club in their school.
